4. Refund Policy

Requests for a refund of service fees may be submitted within seven calendar days of the session date. Approved refunds will be processed within thirty days via the original payment channel. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may request an alternative date, subject to availability.

Certain premium mentorship sessions are non-refundable due to dedicated resource allocation; please review session details before purchase.

4.2 Info Products

Digital courses and materials may be refunded within fourteen calendar days of purchase if less than twenty percent of the content has been accessed. Refund requests should be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds are issued within thirty days to the original payment channel.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within thirty calendar days of delivery in unused condition. Send-back shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued within thirty days via the original payment method.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date marked as 2025.
